Victorian Organics offers made-to-order products fulfilled by carefully selected production partners. Shipping costs, production times, and delivery times vary by product and fulfillment location. Please review the individual product page and checkout for the shipping information that applies to your order.
Ceramic Christmas Ornaments
Our ceramic Christmas ornaments are printed to order and fulfilled by our U.S. print provider.
Free standard shipping is included for ornament orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Standard shipping transit time is approximately 2–5 business days after production. Production and delivery times may vary during the busy holiday season.
At this time, ornament shipping through our online store is available to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
Organic Baby Clothing
Certain Victorian Organics organic baby clothing is printed to order in Europe. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please refer to the individual product page for current production and estimated delivery information.
For European-made baby clothing delivered to the United States, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery unless a different estimate is shown on the product page.

Shipping availability, charges, production times, and estimated delivery times for other products vary according to the product and fulfillment partner. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing and Tracking
Most Victorian Organics products are made or printed to order. Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow additional time during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other periods of unusually high demand.
International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by product and destination. If shipping is available to your location, the applicable options and charges will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please report the issue promptly using the order-support option provided after delivery, when available, or contact us at info@victorianorganics.com.
Please report product or shipping problems within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Photographs or other documentation may be requested so the issue can be reviewed. Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
